Surrounding precinct already has similar competing product offering done by the same developers and brand design identity development done by us in 2018 - 'Ellipse Waterfall'.
Development is not as prestigious as initial Ellipse Waterfall project, yet needs to have the same level of luxury branding centered around a 'walkable city lifestyle' and elevated luxury.
The new Aspire Waterfall City brand identity is now a key part of the Waterfall City precinct, serving as a powerful product for attracting new buyers/investors and strengthening relationships with existing partners.
We crafted the brand from scratch ensuring it was complimentary sibling to the developers family of products yet induvidually optimised to be unique as a stand alone identity.
